Welcome former PIHN families! Please visit this page often to see what resources we have listed for you.
Looking for peace of mind?: http://www.palousemindfulness.com/
The programs and materials available through this site are designed to help you experience mindfulness more consistently in life, work and relationship. A live, in-person Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class is the best way to learn mindfulness. The next local MBSR class is scheduled to begin March 11, in Moscow, Idaho. To find live, in-person MBSR offerings in your area, try a web search such as “MBSR Minneapolis” or “MBSR London”.
If it’s not possible for you to take an in-person class, the Online MBSR course on this site is 100% free. It follows the same course curriculum and uses all the same resources that are used in the in-person course.
