The programs and materials available through this site are designed to help you experience mindfulness more consistently in life, work and relationship. A live, in-person Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) class is the best way to learn mindfulness. The next local MBSR class is scheduled to begin March 11, in Moscow, Idaho. To find live, in-person MBSR offerings in your area, try a web search such as “MBSR Minneapolis” or “MBSR London”.
If it’s not possible for you to take an in-person class, the Online MBSR course on this site is 100% free. It follows the same course curriculum and uses all the same resources that are used in the in-person course.
Also, you will find info on the STAMP program that offers free museum/zoo admissions for high school students.
Check these out and spread the word!
Also, please remember that you can find any resource using the Google search bar at the top left of the site, and translate all content on Cap4Kids using the Translate button in the bottom left of each page.
Lastly, please have colleagues/friends/family sign up for Cap4Kids emails here.
Happy 2015!
